Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellation fees are charged at 50% of the value of the missed appointment.
We also require a deposit for large appointments. This deposit is not refundable or transferable.
Children in the salon
We welcome supervised and well behaved children, we request that babies be accompanied by another adult.
So as not to disturb the experience of our other clients we also request that waiting children being entertained by iPads and games mute their devices or wear earphones. Thank you for understanding.
